The initials of this militant Islamic organisation, which is allegedly led by the escaped fugitive Mas Selamat bin Kastari, was last seen today in NUS High, at the Journalism Club booth in lieu of the annual Language Week.
Well, today was the start of Language Week. Each booth was given one/two identification alphabet(s) for convenience, e.g. booth Z is Zimbabwean. Although "I" comes before "J" in the alphabet and both the letters "J" and "I" were supposed to be the Chinese booth's identification alphabets, they somehow landed up at the Journalism Club's booth!
What an irony when journalism has a responsibility to help society deal more honestly and effectively with racial and ethnic issues and there's this suspicious-looking booth with big bold letters of "J" and "I" that doesn't seem to spell out "Journalism Club".
What an irony when Racial Harmony Day aims to promote self-reflection on and celebration of Singapore's success as a racially harmonious nation and there's these intials of a militant Islamic organisation popping out of nowhere.
But it was funny though! XD! It created an uproar! (Well, at least I did! =P)

Had Biology lesson today on monohybrid inheritance. According to Ms Fong, 2 persons can have more than 7 trillion combinations possible in their offspring! Which means... ... I'm 1 in 7 trillion! <3 XD!
